Strategies that work include effective goal-setting using trackable steps, self-monitoring, feedback and reinforcement, incentivizing change and boosting your self-esteem. When you change the way that you think about yourself and about healthy choices, it is much easier to lose weight. We help you to come up your own goal plan and teach you to track your choices. We also encourage self-reflection and help you to identify areas in which change may be needed.

Your weight loss coach will assist you with removing the emotional barriers that you have that prevent you from weight loss. We will help you to overcome problems with compulsive overeating, food addictions, emotional eating and binge eating.
